What services and resources does CSHCS provide?

CSHCS works with local agencies to provide services and resources to members. These agencies include the local county health department, the Children’s Special Needs Fund and more.

Your Aetna care manager and local county health department can both help you find local resources. These may include parent support groups, adult transition help, childcare, vaccine info and more.

To find your local county health department, visit your county’s website or Michigan.gov. Or you can call Member Services for help. Just call us at 1-866-316-3784 (TTY: 711). Then, ask for a care manager.

Your local county health department can also help you find resources related to things like:

    • Only for specific CSHCS qualifying diagnosis, such as cleft palate/cleft lip
